ITS implements 24x7 IT support program for large healthcare client
ITS is implementing a 24x7 IT support structure for a major healthcare client located in northern New Jersey. ITS will provide around-the-clock support services with multiple engineers while ensuring that a major new facility remains operational during a critical transition. Additionally, ITS will provide backfill services to ensure full staff coverage for all support shifts.
